Ordering Products from Lifetronics
 Current customers with established credit accounts may continue to order products from Lifetronics by telephone, fax or email. Payment is net 30 days from delivery of the product(s). New customers, without credit accounts, can also order but must pre-pay by certified cheque, bank draft, Visa, MasterCard or Letter Of Credit (LC). Your order will be processed after payment is received.

If new customers plan to order regularly from Lifetronics, then a credit account can be established by completion of a PDF Credit Application Form which is submitted via mail or fax. Optionally, you can fill out the form to the right and submit it to our customer service department for approval.

Request for Quotation
 If a price quotation is required for any product(s), please visit our Online Catalogue, select the items you need, add them to your cart and complete an online quotation request. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.

Online Orders and Payment
A limited number of our products are currently offered in our Online Product Sales section of our Online Catalogue. Customers can visit the catalog, specify the requested quantity under each item and click 'Add'. When done, click 'Checkout'. Fill out the form and that's it. Pre-payment is immediately made securely by a credit card or E-checks through PayPal. The order will be processed and shipped once payment is received. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are additional. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Samples & Trial/Evaluation of Products
Lifetronics offers a limited sampling program for its disposable products and trial/evaluation of reusable products and devices to qualified customers only. All sample and trial/evaluation requests must be approved by our director of sales and marketing. Please complete a Sample and Trial/Evaluation PDF request form below and submit to our customer service department.

Shipping:
Lifetronics Medical Inc. uses Canada Post, UPS, FedEx and Purolator for all its shipping needs. Please specify your preferred courier.  Prices shown do not include any shipping charges. Orders are normally shipped within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. If shipping to a destination outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for all duty, taxes, brokerage, if any, which will be charged by the local customs office upon delivery of any purchase from Lifetronics Medical Inc.

 Return/Refund Policy:
 Every item Lifetronics Medical Inc. sells is carefully inspected and packaged before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us with 3 days of arrival of your package for a Return Authorization claim number. A request for a refund must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us to request a Refund Authorization claim number. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 Warranty:

All products distributed and sold by Lifetronics are covered by the respective manufacturers' original limited warranty as specified in their product package inserts and/or users' manuals. Shipping costs are not covered by the manufacturers' warranty programs.
